Warranty Registration

Thank you for purchasing LG solar panels and registering your LG solar panels with LG Electronics Australia Pty Ltd.

This registration confirms your:

• Twenty-five (25) year Manufacturer’s Warranty (replacement and labour) for:

• "LG NeON 2" models for modules manufactured by LG after 1st October 2017.
• "LG Bifacial" models for modules manufactured by LG after 1st March 2018.
• All "LG NeON R" models.

• Fifteen (15) year Manufacturer’s Warranty (replacement and labour) for:

• MonoX Plus modules manufactured by LG after 1st September 2020.

Your Manufacturer’s Warranty starts from the date of install.

The Warranty is transferrable, meaning that if the property is sold, the new owner is still covered by the strong LG Warranty.

Should there be an issue with your panels, please keep the information on this sheet for reference. LG Electronics Australia Pty Ltd will retain customer information in case it is required to assist with future warranty matters.
